I would suggest you first wait for NIFT results as NIFT is far better than the other colleges which you are applying and about confirming and paying fee, the date goes till June first week.

If you are taking admission in regular classroom courses then you need to attend 75% of the total classes. Otherwise, you will be not allowed to write semester exams.
If you are a professional, then you should go for distance MBA. You need not attend and classes. You have to only appear for the semester exams.

Admission Process
Interested candidates can apply directly to the Institute.
Diploma in Interior Designing is a 3 years full time course.

Not needed to give entrance exam for any certification course. You can directly get enrolled, given that the university doesn't have any entrance exam requirements for the subject. Certificate is one domain or industry is a way to keep your knowledge and skills about the domain updated. Certification can happen in various level. Beginner - Experienced.
