Yes, it is. You could appear for UCEED exam that is the IIT entrance exam for B. Des courses for all the IITs that offer an undergraduate Design degree. You can appear for any design entrance exam for colleges that have interior design programmes. NID has its own entrance exam. There are coaching centers like BRDS, who provide sample papers. Once you clear entrance, the interview is held by a team of 5 to 6 Jury members.
