Weapon engineering or weapon designing draws heavily from a number of branches on engineering like mechanical, chemical, optics, electrical, aerospace and materials engineering. Complete your +2 level with good marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics. Apply for entrance examinations for a four year degree course in mechanical, electronics, metallurgy, electrical or chemical engineering (Any one stream). Once you have completed your graduation, you can specialize in the weapons engineering at the post graduate levels.

The forms are not out yet. Generally the forms are available in the month of March and the exam is conducted in the month of July. You need to have a knowledge of basic Maths in order to clear the entrance exam. You cannot do both as you are already doing a regular degree course. Fashion designing course is also a regular course and if you can manage your time then you can do your Diploma in fashion designing, but you need to manage that or else you can do fashion designing course through distance education where classes will be on Saturday and Sunday, these are the option available for you.
