The college does not offer Diploma in fashion designing.

You will only be able to join NIFT after completing 12th successfully and clear the entrance exam conducted by NIFT.

Masters in designing will be design as a whole, whereas, Masters in fashion management will focus on fashion management. So, if you have interest in fashion management so this is the best course for you.

The opportunities for job exist in the following sectors:
- Export houses dealing with garment/textile/hand loom exports
- Retail and wholesale garment businesses in men/ women/ children clothing in sportswear/casual wear, etc.
- Haute Couture
- Government/Semi government-handloom/textile manufacturers
- Fashion show organizers/Fashion publishers
- TV/Film fashion program producers/comperes/costume designers, etc.
- With Film production units
- Teaching design

B.Design is a degree program whereas GDPD is a Diploma program offered by NID. It is always better to go for a degree program as most organization look for a degree as compared to Diploma. A degree holder is preferred over a diploma holder in the same field.

Every business is web oriented these days. You can work in a web designing company or you can work as a freelancer. There are many companies that hire web developer for front and back-end web development projects. Also, you can work independently as a web designer and set up your own enterprise. Job profiles include: Front end web developer, Back-end web developer, Web application developer, Design and layout analyst, Senior web analyst and Web marketing analyst.
