Government interior designing colleges in Mumbai : Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University
There is no government college in Pune for pursuing interior designing.

If you are really interested in sketching and painting and have very good skills in that, then you can opt for fine arts.
If you want to be more creative apart from art that is in garment, interior and automobile, then you can opt for designing course.
