Salary varies with experience and qualification. It is not easy to mention any number. Salary also depend on a country's economy which keeps on changing. On an average entry level web designers in Canada earn between C$20,000- C$60,000 a year.

Prepare for entrance exams for design exams, and follow the updates.
NIFT is a govt. college, there are other colleges too. look for fashion design courses in various colleges.
