No, in order to pursue Masters degree you need to have a degree. So, kindly pursue a degree first and then after completing your degree you can pursue Masters.

Jharkhand Diploma to Degree Entrance Competitive Examination Jharkhand DTODECE is a lateral entry entrance test, which is conducted by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB). It is a gateway that offers admissions to the interested candidates in the 2nd years of the 4-year regular BE/B.Tech programmes under the lateral entry scheme. Through Jharkhand DTODECE the candidates can seek admission in the Government and Private colleges in the state of Jharkhand. The exam dates for the Jharkhand DTODECE 2019 are yet to be announced. However, Jharkhand DTODECE 2018 exam was conducted in the month of April.

You have not mentioned that what kind of science course you want to pursue. However, let us assume that you want to do the 12th in science stream. You can do so, but you cannot avail the benefits of both the courses at same time. Means the benefits of Diploma and 12th qualifications cannot be claimed at the same time for employment and higher education purpose. Therefore, it is better to complete your Diploma first, and other qualifications can be obtained later.

The college has various fashion designing courses:

1-year diploma, 2 -year Advance Diploma and 3-year Advance Diploma and also have degree programmes which includes B.Sc Fashion Designing and M.Sc Fashion Designing.

UG (B.Tech) admission in NITs are based on ranks obtained in JEE Mains. Hence, on the basis of engineering Diploma, no one can pursue B.Tech course in NITs.
