Yes, you can get admission for B.Tech lateral entry, but you will not get admission in top colleges.

Hello Anas,
I am afraid, Diploma in aeronautical engineering branch would lead you nowhere. Job opportunities are very minimal in this field. Aerospace industry in India has potential, but hasn't developed till now. I would like to advise you that please select any other branch. Best wishes to you.

Diploma, B.E/B.Tech from distance mode are not valid as per AICTE guidelines for employment purpose. Hence, never pursue. Its better to take regular or part time admission.

Hi, in NATA 2019 regulations, you have to secure at least 50% Marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations. You will have to write NATA 2019 to be eligible for this academic year admission.
