Firstly, you can appear for JEE Mains exam on the basis of your Diploma also. Diploma is considered as equivalent to class 12th by IIT, and hence you can indeed get admission into IIT based on your Diploma provided of course you have fulfilled other associated criteria. https://www.jee-main.net/eligibility-criteria-2019/

Firstly yes, you can appear for JEE Mains exam on the basis of your Diploma also. Secondly, the process is exactly same as that of a normal candidate (class 12th) for applying in Mains. Hope it helps.

PG Diploma in Yoga Therapy course admissions is done on merit basis that is the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in graduation or equivalent level.
