Hello,
You should hold a Diploma degree from a recognised university. Usually, foreign universities consider 10+2 I. e. your 10th and 12th. There is no free education for Bachelor studies abroad, but you can look for the less expensive tuition fees option. You will have to appear for IELTS or TOEFL and even SAT exam. Can you tell which country options you are looking out for?

A Polytechnic Diploma holder can opt for a Bachelor's course in Computer Science in IGNOU and has to go through three years of process to obtain a degree. IGNOU doesn't allow lateral entry to second year admission.

You can always go for PG level in Interiors. PG has both Degree and Diploma. You can choose PG diploma for career enhancement. Going for a PG degree from any University might be a problem as the mandatory qualification is Graduation. But, you can try your luck and speak too few of the institutes and discuss your situation.
