Because as per the sources, many schools have compulsorily ask for a B.Ed degree certificate for the position of a teacher.
So the chance is rare or negligible.

Yes you may get diploma in banking. There are a few colleges that offer diploma in banking and finance like
Manipal and Amity both offers this course in distant level.
guwahati university offer PG D in insurance and risk management.
Indian Institute of Business Management ,Guwahati offers PG Diploma in banking finance.
