Hello Sachin, Each state has its own rules and regulation controlling the process of lateral admission directly to 2nd year of engineering after completion of Diploma. Its the DTE of tech edu of each state that decides on the matrix of eligibility for a particular branch of engineering from different branches of Diploma holders. You are advised to have a look at the webpage of this DTE of your state.

Yes,
Diploma holders seeking admission to Engineering and Technology degree course:
Aspirants must have passed Diploma in Engineering/Technology from an AICET approved institute with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/SC/OBA A/PwD) or equivalent CGPA.

Yes, you can go ahead to pursue it, as such there is no such restrictions until you have a 10+2 certification from a recognized board. There are very colleges providing this Course. I wish you all the best for your choice.

It depends on your JEE Mains and advance score, and also from where you do your B.Tech, but let me give you an advice please be more specific, while you ask questions, because it becomes very difficult to give correct answers.
