It's always good to enhance one's educational qualification. If you are working then you can do AMIE which is equivalent to graduation. Else, you can take admission in part time courses offered by some colleges.

There is no provision of integrated Diploma in engineering and B.Tech engineering. You can take lateral entry admission in engineering after Diploma in engineering so that you can complete both Diploma and engineering degree in 6 years after completing 10th class.

Yes, you can appear for JEE Mains. You must score 75% in your Diploma final exams. Diploma is considered as equivalent to class 12th.

There is no difference between MBA and PGDM degrees except nomenclature.

You have not mentioned your state. Admissions to Diploma are controlled by state governments. Normally, no institute is allowed to offer a course, if it does not have AICTE approval.

Yes, almost every state offers lateral entry in 2nd year of engineering for those, who have done Diploma. You will have to appear for entrance exam conducted for this purpose.
