In order to take admission to PG Diploma programme of Pondicherry University you need to go through the entrance exam and  the admissions start in April. You can fill the forms and go through the entrance exam and counselling.

No, Anand International College of Engineering does not offer a P.G Diploma in Journalism (Urdu). However, some of the courses offered by the college are:
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering

Anand International College of Engineering mainly focuses on Engineering courses like Computer Science Engineering (Artificial Intelligence)Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. They didn't offer any PG Diploma in Persian Translation.
