Government Polytechnic, Aurangabad and CSMSS College of Polytechnic, Aurangabad offers 3 year Diploma programs in engineering streams like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Automobile, etc., under the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE). After BHMS, you can't take a central authority-diagnosed Diploma in dermatology.

Such guides like DDVL are best for MBBS college students.

Some non-public institutes provide diplomas after BHMS, but they're not valid in all states.

Yes, you can pursue a 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering straight after 10th. Top government institutes include Government Polytechnic, Rajkot (Gujarat)—180 seats, require minimum 35% in SSC ; Government Polytechnic, Kanpur or Badaun (UP) through JEECUP ; and Government Polytechnic Amravati (Maharashtra) offering 30 seats . In Kerala, strong programs are available at GovernmentPolytechnic, Kalamaserry or Kozhikode . Eligibility typically requires 10th pass with ~35–45% marks and English. Admission is merit? based or via state Polytechnic entrance test.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 from any recognised board and pursuing a 5-year Law programme in any Law college in Pune (For courses other than Law, aspirants need to be graduate from any recognised university and meet other criteria prescribed by SIU) are eligible to apply for Diploma programme offered at SLS Pune.

If you want to pursue diploma  in hotel management, you will have to pass 12th in any stream with the minimum required marks (different for different colleges, usually 50%). Some IHM like IHM Hajipur offers Diploma without any entrance, you just have to fill a form and then if seat is available then you get it. You must have English as one of your subjects in 12th.

I think lateral entry is not there for students who are holding for Diploma (2years).these students can take regular admission in B.Tech 1st year along intermediate students
