You can surely apply for the Diploma course but you must score a good percentage in your 10 exams. You should score the better marks in the entrance exam conducted by the government for the easy admission. The CAP Test conducted by the government will consist of the previous class syllabus which is already you are gone through. So prepare for the entrance test thoroughly and get the good score. The students will be selected for the seats in the college in the merit basis. So just get the merit score in the entrance.

I'm sorry, but according to my sources, the UGC has not authorized Engineering courses for distance learning in India. Students can pursue the course only in regular mode.
