An average DNS (Diploma in Nautical Science) entrance exam may test you on your command of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) up to Class 12th. It has English, Aptitude and General Knowledge parts as well. A Psychometric test that will examine personality and suitability with a maritime career can also be included in some specific academies.
