AME CET 2023 – The exam authority has released the AME CET 2023 result at the official website. What is AME CET?
The Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Common Entrance Test (AME CET) is a national level entrance test for the license issuance course of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. Along with that, the AME CET entrance test scores are also applicable for Aeronautical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering courses in some of the approved institutes by the government bodies in India.
AME CET consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions from five sections, which are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and General Awareness. Candidates are allowed to take three attempts of AME CET. The test is conducted once a year and consists of one paper only. AME CET also provides scholarships of up to 100% to meritorious candidates.
The AME CET can be taken by students who have passed or appeared for 10+2 board exam in science stream, or those who have completed a three-year diploma in engineering. The exam pattern and course duration vary accordingly.

AME CET Application Form 2023
The authorities has released the AME CET application form on October 1 at amecet.in. Candidates filling the application form of AME CET must check their eligibility criteria. The application process of AME CET 2023 comprises registration, filling application form, uploading documents and payment of fee. To appear for the AME CET 2023 exam, applicants have to fill the application form before the last date. The application fee of AME CET 2023 is Rs 1500 for General and OBC candidates while female/SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs 1300 as application fee. Candidates should pass 10+2 Board exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) or equivalent AICTE approved 3-years engineering diploma in any stream or any higher qualification in science with PCM at the time of admission.
- Candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 45 per cent marks in 10+2 in PCM or equivalent.
- Candidates who are eligible for admission in B. Tech Courses are also eligible for the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course.
- Candidate age should be between 16 to 28 years at the time of admission.
- Candidates must not have colour blindness or any physical disabilities.
