AME CET 2026: Application Form (Phase 2 OUT), Admit Card (Phase 1 OUT), Exam Pattern & Syllabus

The Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Common Entrance Test (AME CET) is a national-level entrance test for the license issuance course of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. Along with that, the AME CET entrance test scores are also applicable for Aeronautical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering courses in some of the approved institutes by the government bodies in India.

AME CET 2026 application form is now available for Phase 2 exam at amecet.in. The candidates can also buy the offline application forms at the designated centres. While filling the application form, they will have to provide the required details. For General and OBC male candidates, the application fee is INR 1600. Female candidates and SC/ST male candidates have to pay INR 1400. For online application forms, the fee has to be paid through net banking, credit card, and debit card. Offline application forms will be available after the fee is paid at the centre. AME CET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

AME CET 2026 eligibility criteria is now available at official website. Candidates appearing for exam are advised to check official eligibility criteria before filling application form. Eligibility criteria comprise exam details, minimum mark required, age limit and others. • Candidates should pass the 10+2 Board exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) or equivalent AICTE-approved 3-year engineering diploma in any stream or any higher qualification in science with PCM at the time of admission.  
• Candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 45 per cent marks in 10+2 in PCM or equivalent.  
• Candidates who are eligible for admission to B. Tech Courses are also eligible for the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course.  
• Candidate age should be between 16 to 28 years at the time of admission.  
• Candidates must not have colour blindness or any physical disabilities.  
• Apart from the above-mentioned eligibility criteria, the aspirants need to showcase certain skill sets, which include subject knowledge, practical and problem-solving attitude, flexibility, and team spirit, to name a few. 

The authorities have released the official list of the AME CET 2026 exam centres on the official website. Candidates appearing in the exam are advised to refer to the AME CET exam centre list to know where the entrance exams will be conducted. AME CET exam pattern 2026 is available online. Through AME CET pattern, candidates can check details on how entrance examination will be held. Some important information available through pattern are examination mode, duration, type of questions, marking details and more. For every course level, AME CET exam pattern will be different. Authorities will conduct AME CET as an online and offline test. Candidates will have to attempt questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and additional subjects, according to course.

Registered candidates can now download AME CET 2026 admit card for Phase 1 exam. To download hall ticket, candidates will have to use their login details. No other mode is used to release AME CET admit card 2026. Through hall ticket, candidates can check their allotted exam date, centre, timings, guidelines and more. The authorities will not accept any requests to change allotted centres. Candidates will have to bring their admit card along with one valid ID proof for identity verification. Without these documents, candidates will not be allowed to attempt the exam. Separate hall ticket will be released for two exam phases.
