With BBA degree, you are eligible to seek admission in all MBA specialisations. As you want to continue in Mechatronics (Technical) field, you are advised to evaluate MBA in operations or systems. There are some universities like BITS, Pilani and WILP which offer MBA in manufacturing management and quality management. You may also evaluate such specialist MBAs.

If the university is recognised by UGC, you have all options available to you as for regular courses. So, go ahead and take your GRE. Just see that rest of the eligibility criteria are also fulfilled.

It is better to go with full time course. You can study BBA at Kolkata as it will fetch you something great.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue MBA from top B-schools in our country. But, you have to work hard, so that you can prepare yourself for the best.
For extra information, you need to appear for entrance exam like CAT, XAT, SNAP or IIFT and then appear for WAT/ PI.

While doing distance MBA program, think about the university which has got reputation. In this scenario, I would like to suggest you better prefer IGNOU courses. IGNOU has got its study centers almost all over India. I hope the same is there in your town as well. IGNOU would be nice for your future.
