1. Madurai Kamaraj University.
2. Anna University.
These could be the best universities for distance MBA.

Yes it's a 2 year course and AIMA PGDM is distance but in the certificate nothing of this sort will be mentioned. Are you currently studying in UWBS or you have taken admission only?

AIMA provides PGDM and not MBA. Though you get a certificate from AIMA you don't have anything in it mentioned as distance. It would be the same as regular. UWSB provides PGPM and PGDM both and for PGPM you will get a regular certificate. MBA also is there but that's affiliated to Bardhaman University and that's in distance. I would suggest to take up PGDM and PGPM.

Yes, when a distance course is compared to a correspondence course, correspondence course has no value, but then if you do it in regular mode, the value of the degree is high and will fetch you a huge value and a good salary package will also be given when compared to a distance course.

Every process of distance education is done online. After all, the process fulfilment, you will be allotted to a regional centre where you will be associated with the regional centre for assignments, study related queries and exams. You will be notified time to time basis about the same.

Yes, you can apply for that. You are eligible for regular courses also too. You can choose regular or distance mode according to your convenience.
Best of luck.
