1.MIT pune college.
2.Maharastra open university.
3.University of maharastra.
4.Indira gandi open university.
5.Annamalai university.
6.SMU Open education.
You can apply for admission in any of the above listed colleges.

Yes you can pursue a course in MA through distance mode and a seperate course in regular mode in the same academic session as there is a provision for the same.
The decision taken by DEC was communicated to UPRTOU vice-chancellor Prof AK Bakshi, who said a student cannot enrol for two-degree courses at the same time. However, he added that students can do the same through distance or combination of distance and regular modes from the same or different institution.

Hi, it depends on the university,if it is present in the list of recognised universities by WES they will evaluate positively.I came across many candidates whose reports were evaluated and also some rejected.You have to get a WES evaluation done to know the answer. A degree from IGNOU is recognised generally.
