Dear Mahima,
You need to be clear about your future plans if you are serious about persuing post graduation course.
If you aim to excel in any specific subject of finance area(Example:Commodity trading, portfolio management, Wealth management, Fund Management) you can go for MBA institutes which are good in that.
An advice:Don't go for distance learning programs if you want your degree (Especially,for post graduation course) to be valued.

Yes, IGNOU is a decent university, not very good though. If you are opting for B.tech correspondence, then make sure you work simultaneously as only B.Tech correspondence with no work experience will not be of any use.
