You can actually pursue your BCA from IGNOU. The basic requirement is to fill an online form and create an application and then complete the procedure by giving all your details. You will be alloted a study centre and you will be writing your exams there and it is feasible. It is one of the best education method now. IGNOU is of the best institution for distance courses.

Yes, you can apply for IAS and IPS exam if you have completed your graduation degree from the recognized university. The age should be between 21 and 30 years.
Age relaxation:
For OBC: 3 years
For SC/ST: 5 years
You must be a citizen of India.

Hi Stanley,
First, you need to check with some universities in New Zealand if they will accept the articleship as work experience. Also, many of them require 5 years work experience. Hence, you need to interact with them directly or you can check for MS courses too.

I can not exactly suggest you any name of Institute. However, it is advisable that kindly surf on Google
and be alert that the institution must be granted by UGC or any other Government of India Institution,
because most of Industries do not entertain the courses through distance learning, but if the same is
granted, they may entertain.

There is no university that will give you admission directly in the second year. I would advise you go for a complete course if you are actually interested in the same.
