I am looking for a correspondence course in LL.B. It should be valid by Bar Council. Can we practice later on and do LL. M.?

You cannot practice law as per BCI after doing correspondence course. Only part-time 3-year-LLB & regular 5-year-law courses eligible. And just for the record;
IGNOU & DU do-not offer correspondence LL.B. (they do-offer a Diploma in paralegal-practice which is an entirely different thing. )

I'm sorry, but according to my sources, the UGC has not authorized Engineering courses for distance learning in India. Students can pursue the course only in regular mode.

Yes, you can pursue a B.Sc. In Computer Science through distance education even after completing MPC Maths Physics and Chemistry in the intermediate level.
