Hi,
No, you can't join the last two exams for the commerce in Correspondence. You just can't mix two types of degree as per your convenience. Just think and go for the one type only and good luck.

Medical degrees are not authorised for distance education you need to be on campus and if any university or college is providing it that's need to be authorised by medicinal authority.

Yes,The overall fees will be somewhere around 1lakh INR. It doesn't include any tuition fees.

You have a graduation degree of B.Com, and for getting a government bank jobs there are certain eligibility criteria to appear for examination. The criteria are age, you must be a graduate. That's it and after preparing for the exam you can crack that exam. All the best.

Hi,
Yes, you are eligible for banking examination. The only requirement regarding educational qualification you have to have any graduation degree. It doesn't matter from which institute you got your degree. In SBI JA and SBI PO if you are in your last semester/ year you can apply for these post.

The fees range in India for distance Ph.D. is around 5000 - 5 Lacs. It depend on the college. For example distance Ph.D. from IGNOU cost around 1 Lacs and from LPU it may cost 3 - 5 Lacs.

You can give gap affidavit during admission for higher studies. Gap is not good for Job. Nevertheless you can cover it upto some extent by achievements/ self employment / professional jobs like advocate. Also he can opt for some skill courses like data Science or some demanding technical skills.
