There is no restriction being posed by RBI for Distance or Open Learning students, that they cannot apply. Any citizen of India who aspires to apply for RBI Grade B can do so after fulfilling the minimum eligibility requirements for the desired post. IGNOU graduate can crack any exam including IAS and RBI Grade B if he is intelligent. Coming to hard fact, IGNOU and Open Universities are too liberal and follow the policy of ALL PASS. Obviously the level of knowledge is low, he /she has to do more hard work.

The eligibility criteria might change every year so it's better if you search online and read the guidelines to register for COA (Council of Architecture). All the best.

Candidates who wish to apply for these courses need to have qualified for the GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) course after attaining the 10+2 or equivalent qualification, preferably with Science subjects. Candidates not having done GNM are required to have a Certificate in any of the nursing courses of 6-9 months. Candidates should also be Registered Nurse/ Registered Midwives or equivalent with any of the State Nursing Registration Councils.

Distance learning hasn't that much guarantee of placements. If you wish you get a degree through distance learning, you have to wait for forms to come out in the university that you are applying to.

Well, either you can opt 5 years course or 3 year course in Law. So basically a 5-year course can be opted just after completion of 12th and 3 years course can be opted just after completion of graduation So, basically 5-year course is just integration of bachelor's in arts (bachelor's in law (LLB) =BA. LLB and 3year course just bachelor's in law (LLB). Distance course can be done in SOL in Delhi University (DU) for 3 years course, but you can take admission in any private college where you don't need to go daily in this type of college you can find them locally easily.
