No, It's not difficult to get into Institute of Distance and Open Learning - University of Mumbai tough. According to me it's worth it only when we are doing job and then continue study  because that make a experience and knowledge of industry where we are working. 

Here are some key points:

  • The institute is a department of distance education at Mumbai University and offers various courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels

Yes, there is a seat reservations at institute of distance and open learning - University of Mumbai also the 30% (horizontal) women seat as per state government. 

The admission process for undergraduate courses:
