No, you cannot complete the remaining years of B.Tech in distance mode after doing the first two years in regular learning mode. Regular academic programs and distance education programs are distinctly different. If you want to switch from the regular degree programme to the distance education programs, you have to withdraw from the regular degree programme and join the distance education programs by applying anew. Also, AICTE does not recognize technical qualifications except for MBA and MCA acquired through distance learning. Hence, BE and B.Tech programs are not recognised via distance learning.

Yes, it is possible to do MBA through distance education. You can pursue MBA in both regular and distance mode and famous universities like NMIMS and Symbiosis are offering online and distance MBA with different specializations. The online and distance MBA programs have been approved by the University Grants Commission - Distance Education Bureau (UGC-DEB). A distance education MBA degree is valid in both private and regular jobs. In a nutshell, a distance education MBA has the same value as a regular MBA does.

Yes, you can do MCA course as distance at MIT. As MIT provides the distance facility for MCA course. Eligibility criteria for distance MCA is:
Candidates seeking admissions to Under Graduate (UG) / Post Graduate (PG) / Super Specialty (SS) should have obtained their qualifications from a recognised Board / University. For PG programs, the candidates must have a Bachelors degree of minimum 3 years duration from a recognised University as per programme requirement.
