Both have merit both degree have same value both recognise by UGC and degree valid for any job like government or in private company and MNC. Difference is in regular degree you have to join lecture and practical knowledge
In correspondence, you have self-study and learn skills your own
If you have time, then join regular degree
If you are job person, then correspondence is good for you
At last, your own skill and talent help you in placement degree does not matter both act as same either correspondence or regular.

world the biggest open university IGNOU have B.A. In Psychology (BAPC) with reasonable fees of 5250 for whole course duration of 3 year with including books which will deliver to you door step so you have choice to enroll in IGNOU
Fresh Admission for PG and UG Programme, both for Online and ODL mode ( except Certificate and semester-based Programme) has been extended till 7th November 2022new for june session you have 4 days left to enroll if you want to take admission you can go IGNOU website
examination centre are available in all over india

You can pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications PGDCA via distance mode from the following institutes:
1. Indira Gandhi National Open University IGNOU in Delhi
2. Amity School of Distance Learning in Noida
3. School of Open Learning, University of Delhi
4. PTU's Directorate of Distance Education
5. Guru Jambheshwar University's Directorate of Distance Education
These colleges are well known, and the distance Diploma courses offered by these colleges are no less than a regular Diploma. You need to have completed graduation to apply at these colleges.

IGNOU can be the best option for pursuing PGDCA through distance mode. The details are given below. Eligibility: Any Bachelors degree of minimum 3 (three) year duration from a recognised University and Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or Graduation level. Or
