You can apply for a Master's course at TISS after completing your Bachelor's degree through distance learning. However, your university must be recognized by UGC. The minimum eligibility criteria for the master's course at TISS are as follows:
1. You should have a Bachelor's degree of at least 3 years or its equivalent.
2. Your degree must be from a university recognized by UGC.
3. Some courses may require you to have work experience. You also need to appear in the TISS entrance exam to get admission to some of the postgraduate courses offered by the university.

no shubhash if you thinking distance degree in law course so drop your idea because the Bar Council of India doesn't recognize the law degree programme completed in distance education mode. Only for Diploma programme you can enroll in distance education
it should be noted that, distance education offer 3-year LL.B.A. LL.B. BBA LL.B. Or LL. M. programmes is not valid because the apex legal education body, the Bar Council of India doesn't recognize the law degree programmes completed in distance education mode.
