A Master of Laws is an advanced postgraduate academic degree, pursued by those either holding an undergraduate academic law degree, a professional law degree, or an undergraduate degree in a related subject. In most jurisdictions, the "Master of Laws" is the advanced professional degree for those usually already admitted into legal practice. Distance mode is available but, professionally, this degree is not valid for LL. M. course studies. Students should be aware that the course for the law is considered to be full-time. No part-time or distance mode will be UGC-approved.

Yes you can do this. But you have to start from beginning again in distance mode. You don't have a chance to resume from wherever you have left. Do please again think about this and ACT widely and accordingly.
