Textile Technology provide superior teaching in an exceptionally given subject, allowing students to move their careers or continue their education into a Ph.D. programme. M.Sc. Textile designing through Distance learning is usually offered in the Science, math, drugs and engineering fields, such as biology, chemistry, physics, nursing or civil engineering and many others. Now coming to your question, It's not that worth as compared to regular Masters in Textile Technology. Because, Masters in Textile Technology is a well known highly professional programme and it requires a lot of attention and dedication which is only possible through a regular course. The kind of facilities and tools you required during your course will not be available through Distance mode of learning.

I would have to say IMT Ghaziabad but have you considered going for other universities? Like Amity? I would personally recommend that as one of my friends studied there too. I'm a student of Amity myself but from a different course. They've got an amazing online programme for MBA. Also heard that they have a short course (for free) you can do before the full course to basically understand the foundation of the course.
