No, after BA you cannot get into M.Com. You can go for MA.

No, there is no course available for distance learning programme in technical education, as it has been banned by the Supreme Court. The courses they are offering are not technical. Those are from non-technical field. Best of luck.

You can pursue in Amity University online, and take up MBA in Hospital Management. The fees will be around INR. 1,51,000, and if you have more than 60% marks in graduation, and if you can pay fees at one time additionally you will get certain discount.
