Give the qualifying exams for the same, always look for such opportunities in the internet is the only way, because there is no fixed way of doing the correspondence. However, she can apply to a college of her own choice directly.

I would suggest you to focus on your UG at the moment, because later on I do not want you to be under pressure to cope up with both of them and hamper your results.

Similarly, state level TET examinations are held for recruitment of Government Teachers in schools funded, aided and run by the state government. Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V (Primary Stage).
