I would strongly advise you to stop thinking of doing Diploma or degree in engineering via distance education since it has been declared as illegal by SC of India. Please think of doing something else.

I don't think, Ph.D can be done through correspondence. It is very important and critical to be done through distance. You can do what most students do though i.e., take admission and go once a month to college.

You can pursue Siksha sastri B.Ed sanskrit in Rastriya Sanskrit Sansthan in correspondence by applying the application with respective details. It is deemed as university and provides huge scope in fields like Government teacher/ assistant professor.

B.Ed:
Candidates should have obtained at least minimum 50% aggregate of marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity (OR) Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto
