Hi Sangeeth,Annamalai University is UGC approved. It is also approved by Ministry of HRD. It is also listed in WES, but sorry to say it's not approved by DEB, but it doesn't matter, because it has HRD approved which is from very few universities. 1. There is no age bar for Distance Courses.
2. The placements for distance course is not available mostly. It is primarily done for qualification or eligibility.
3. It is very simple to pursue. Generally the procedure for each institute differs but basically you register for course and get the study material. You will have to do self-study, and keep in touch with institute. You will be notified of exam and issued an Admit Card. You will give exams as you give regular exams.
