However, I think that since the course is via distance/correspondence you can pursue the course, but will have to appear for the exams at designated centers. But, I would recommend you to connect with the university for more details.

In accordance with NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary and higher secondary schools in Tamil Nadu, recognized by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible.
The students must have a graduate degree from a recognized university under 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern.

I hope, through Ed external course, you mean distance learning course. If you would have provided with educational details, it would have been easier to answer. But never mind.
B.Ed has become mandatory for candidates pursuing teaching as a career. I would personally recommend you to do a regular B.Ed course, as it is given more value. B.Ed from IGNOU is the best distance learning course. For this and any other distance learning course, two years teaching experience is needed. You will have to clear Central Teaching Eligibility Test CTET also for better placement. I hope my answer proves satisfactory and hope your

Yes, you can go with MBA as you have done B.Com, and you can apply for Amity University distance learning MBA on your own. But, you can face some issues if you do directly, because no one would be there to help you, but if you enroll through any organization, then you will get good support from the organization.
