There are a large number of institutions offering facility for doing research in dairy technology. IGNOU, the leading university in distance education too offers this course. But fundamentally it depends on your attitude and aptitude and desire that will fetch you an actual degree. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

Annamalai University is a very good university. It comes under top 10 distance learning universities and comes at no. 3. It's a government university. It provides distance education in MBA. If you want to gain knowledge and succeed in your career, Annamalai is a good option for you.
