Yes, your degree will be valid throughout the country only if that university is recognized university, as the All India University affiliations Council.

Yes, distance degree is valid for all government jobs. You can apply freely. Few centralized jobs do not accept distance degree. You have to be careful for that. Best of luck.

The best College in India for correspondence MBA is Sikkim Manipal University according to me. There are different colleges as well.
Institute of Management Studies (IMT) Ghaziabad. Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning (SCDL)
Indira Gandhi National OpenUniversity (IGNOU)
ICFAIUniversity. Sikkim ManipalUniversity. AnnamalaiUniversity. Prin. L. N. AmityUniversity
But, best is Sikkim Manipal University. All the best.

Annamalai University provides Spot Admission facility to those Applicants who live near to any Study Centers mentioned in prospectus "Annexure-I."

Yes, you are eligible to pursue LLB course after the completion of your 12th standard. To join in LLB course, you should appear for CLAT(Common Law Admission Test ). If you can qualify CLAT exam, then you are eligible to get admission in LLB Undergraduate courses like BA LLB, B.Sc LLB, B Com LLB, BBA LLB, etc. These are five year integrated LAW courses, which you can do after the completion of your 12th standard.
CLAT Eligibility:-
1. Candidate should have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination with minimum 45% marks
2. Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories can apply, even if they have 40% of marks.

There are several courses for civil engineering graduates after completion of other B.Tech. If you want to continue your technical attraction with more depth, then you can choose M.Tech in distance/part time or if you want to become a business professional then there is MBA/Executive MBA for u in distance. And there are several post graduate Diploma courses in distance for civil engineers and the most familiar name is Construction Management. Great course with great value. Or you can choose general subjects like finance, marketing management for PG Diploma. The most important part is your potential and interest.

Eligibility for MCA lateral entry is as follows:
The candidates should have passed Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA/B.Sc. (IT/ Computer Science) with Mathematics/ Statistics as a subject at 10+2 level or at graduation level with at least 50% marks (45% in the case of SC/ST Category) in the qualifying examination from any recognized university.
