Yes, your degree will be valid throughout the country only if that university is recognized university, as the All India University affiliations Council.

The best College in India for correspondence MBA is Sikkim Manipal University according to me. There are different colleges as well.
Institute of Management Studies (IMT) Ghaziabad. Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning (SCDL)

Annamalai University provides Spot Admission facility to those Applicants who live near to any Study Centers mentioned in prospectus "Annexure-I."
Selection in any program will be made by the Study Center. All spot admissions must be confirmed by the Director or will be cancelled if found not eligible
For getting Spot admission, the candidates must submit and attach these documents with the application form in person to any study center or contact of DDE, Annamalai University:
Filled in application form along with attested xerox/photostat copies of Certificates of eligibility, age and qualifications. Attested passport size

CLAT Eligibility:-
1. Candidate should have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination with minimum 45% marks
2. Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories can apply, even if they have 40% of marks.

Eligibility for MCA lateral entry is as follows:
The candidates should have passed Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA/B.Sc. (IT/ Computer Science) with Mathematics/ Statistics as a subject at 10+2 level or at graduation level with at least 50% marks (45% in the case of SC/ST Category) in the qualifying examination from any recognized university.
