I don't think that the distance mode or correspondence mode technical degree is any longer available to anyone in India.
B.Tech should be done in the regular mode only.

If you are talking about IGNOU then the course fee for a majority of the subjects is between 5000 to 7000 INR. You need not go to the respective institution but only to the Study centres allocated to you by the Regional Center of the Institution. Your link with the study centre should be intact.

Eligibility for MBA programme:
The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme. A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognised university.

Hi,
In service teachers seeking University of Jammu & Kashmir B.Ed admission should hold a teaching experience of 2 years in any recognised primary/secondary/higher secondary schools falling within the purview of the University of Jammu. So, you are not eligible.

Correspondence Course: Broadly speaking, they are nothing more than study materials or books which the University/Organisation provides you. You will also be provided with a course plan which you are supposed to follow. Tests are conducted periodically depending on the institute.
Distant Programme: It is typically an online and user-centric course. Tutors usually upload their lectures on a common platform/database which the class can access any time.
