These are two different domains. You can either choose Operation and Production Management or a supply chain. If your domain is more inclined to logistics, you can opt for a SCM or if your domain is more in production, procurement, or purchase you can prefer Operation Management. For better understanding, I can guide you better.

You can't do two distance programs at once even if it is from different colleges. There is a certain UGC guideline that prohibits a student from pursuing two degree courses at once.

For PGDM, you need to be a graduate with 50% above marks. Appear for CAT and MAT. Doon Business School, Dehradun offers regular PGDM +SAP course. DBS has one of the highest rank in terms of ROI.
