These are two different domains. You can either choose Operation and Production Management or a supply chain. If your domain is more inclined to logistics, you can opt for a SCM or if your domain is more in production, procurement, or purchase you can prefer Operation Management. You can't do two distance programs at once even if it is from different colleges. There is a certain UGC guideline that prohibits a student from pursuing two degree courses at once.
