I have seen in many universities that they don't accept the candidates from KSOU whether for job or for higher studies. So, firstly opt for some other university. Secondly, for a technical course opt for regular mode instead of a distance/ correspondence mode.
There are many good universities offering MCA. You can check the details of any of the reputed universities like Manipal, Lovely, Kurukshetra, Himachal, etc. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Some even offer good scholarships.

Presently, engineering degrees can not be obtained by distance education mode. SC has ruled that courses that requires extensive practicals can not be offered by those providing distance education.

To apply for the distance MBA course, first, complete the course you are actually doing then directly visit the college website and apply online as all the directions will be mailed to you.

Yes, why not? You can do distance MBA program.
But for that, first, you have to complete your graduation and then only you can apply for it.
