Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any of the recognised universities Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination and are awaiting results or those who are yet to appear for the qualifying examination are also eligible for the Preliminary Examination. Such candidates have to produce proof of passing the said examination along with the application for the Main Examination Candidates with professional and technical qualifications recognised by the Government or its equivalent are also eligible to apply.

As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamil Nadu, recognized by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible for admission into Annamalai University Distance Education B.Ed course.

Symbiosis Institute of Management provides the best distance education in Pune. You just have to contact them before the commencement of the required course. Make sure the college you choose for your distance education is good else it is not valuable.

You can pursue M.Phil from IGNOU only. For M.Phil:-
a) Master's Degree from a University recognized by UGC in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks [50% marks in the case of SC, ST and OBC (Non-creamy Layer)/ Differently-Able and other categories of candidates as per the decision of UGC from time to time, or for those who had obtained their Master's Degree priorto19th September,1991]. PSBs usually recruit from IBPS exams. They don't visit colleges for PO roles as such. I believe, if you prepare well for IBPS, you will get your dream Public sector bank.
