First of all, now, after supreme court's order, any professional course like B.Tech can't be done in distance mode of education and for the gap, it's depends on but you should have a proper reason for gap years like you are preparing for the entrance exams or health issue with proper medical certificates.

Eligibility:
The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. So, you are not eligible for this course.
