Some institutes may ask for an experience but it is always better to go for a job along with a distance learning course.

The universiry offers the distance learbing programme the detauls about the application procedure and the fee structure is given in the universiry website.

It may possible through correspondence in JNU.

There is no age limit to most of the post graduate courses except very few institutes, technical, medical and management education.

You can do any kind of Diploma course, but you are not eligible for any Bachelor's degree, whether it is regular either correspondence.
