Sorry to say. It is not a good option. The value of B.Tech correspondence especially in chemistry is very less. So, I suggest you go for a regular one or else you can take up any certification course like EdX, Alison.com, etc.

Yes, but you would have to be specific regarding the exam you wish to attempt. Most of the papers are based on your basic knowledge and it would be important for you to brush up your subject knowledge till 12th, GK and reasoning problems.

No, as per RCI guidelines, students, even after completion of post graduation in psychology from Indian universities, are not entitled to practice as clinical psychologists. They have to complete a two-year M.Phil programme from RCI recognised universities to be eligible. However, you can work as a counsellor after graduation in psychology. You can also teach Psychology as a subject after doing B.Ed. So, if you wish to become a practising psychologist, the minimum qualification is M.Phil.

As per the UGC Norms and AICTE guidelines, None a university in India can offers Engineering & Medical Course from distance mode. Doing this is the violation of policy. Hence, go for regular mode.
