First, you need a Bachelor's degree and then you have to clear an entrance exam like CAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, XAT, etc. Anyone of them which is accepted by the college you want to get into. Or, you can go for distance MBA, as it doesn't require entrance test for admission. You must study hard and score well, then you can apply for colleges, and then you will have to give interviews of colleges and have to pass them and then you can get admission.

Yes, you can apply for B.Ed. The eligibility is to have completed graduation/ post-graduation from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (47.5% for SC/ ST/ Blind/ Physically Handicapped candidate) or must have completed BE/ B.Tech from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks (52.25% for SC/ ST/ Blind/ Physically Handicapped candidate).
The final admission is based on the marks obtained in graduation.

As per government norms (Distance Education Bureau (DEB) can't be provided by institutes any more. None of the institution got approval from DEB in 2017-18 session. Better go for a MBA from a deb recognised university.

As per AICTE norms, BE can't be done through distance education.

The basic requirement for pursuing a B.Tech degree in civil engineering through distance education is that the aspirant should have passed his 10+2 standard with a minimum aggregate of 45%.
