IGNOU is most common name prefer to almost every people to pursue their distance learning. And yes IGNOU offers course of MSW with distance learning mode.

In my opinion NMIMS MBA Core Mumbai would be a better option than SIBM Pune or SMHRD which are the flagship campuses of Symbiosis. NMIMS has a more stringent admission policy and a more rigorous academic structure. Overall the quality of NM students would be much better than SIBM/SCMHRD

MBA through distance cannot give you the same value as a Full-time MBA. However, having an additional degree is not a bad option. You can do distance MBA from IGNOU, Symbiosis-Pune, Sikkim Manipal University, etc.
