Please check with the concerned college you want to apply to. They will verify your degree first. You can check SPP colleges too. But overall chances are slim. Look for options outside Canada. The more options you check he better for you. Don't limit yourself to just one country.

In my opinion NMIMS MBA Core Mumbai would be a better option than SIBM Pune or SMHRD which are the flagship campuses of Symbiosis. NMIMS has a more stringent admission policy and a more rigorous academic structure. Overall the quality of NM students would be much better than SIBM/SCMHRD
Its not so easy listing out the BEST distance learning universities because what works for you might not for someone else. The key is to know what you want- be absolutely clear about it, and then begin your search for a college that fits this description.
