Hello Sambit,
PGDM as distance course will be the best done from Narsee Monjee institute of management. There are many other colleges that you can go for and they are IGNOU, Manipal and others. NM still offers the best course and you can definitely go for it and seek some value out of it.

If the degree is approved by UGC, it won't matter.
But for jobs, you need to have a better skill set rather than just having a recognized degree.
You can go for universities like Mewar University (mewar.edu.in) or SGVU (sgvu.edu.in) for online education where you can get a better skill set through their online interactive learning.

As per the Gov. of India norms, universities are not allowed to open any study centres else their recognition will get cancelled.
Although, you can refer online courses from universities like Mewar Universty (mewar.edu.in) for online courses
or IGNOU(ignou.ac.in) for offline MBA.

As per AIU norms, a PGD done through distance is not considered equivalent to that of MBA. You can think of universities like IGNOU (IGNOU.AC.in) for offline MBA & universities like SGVU or Mewar (mewar.edu.in) for online MBA.

Hi, though distance education can be accepted depending on the university you are applying to, gaining admission into an MBA programme without having work experience will be difficult. Please go through business school websites to learn about the admission requirements, majority of the programs in New Zealand requires a minimum of 5 years work experience. Additionally you have to contact the universities regarding your distance B.Com.
